If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. No complicated forms, no long waits.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
- In its original packaging with the seal
- Unused (for hygiene reasons, opened products are only refundable if defective)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or confirmation message)
How to Start a Return
Returns take 3 steps:
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and reason.
- Our team confirms the return and shares a pickup address.
- Ship the item back (or schedule a pickup where available).
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer for COD orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace it at no additional cost — you don't even need to ship the item back in most cases.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, opened or partially used products cannot be returned unless they are defective. Promotional/gift items and clearance products are final sale.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge before it ships. Once dispatched, please wait for delivery and follow the standard return process.
